DARcorporation engineers carried out the aircraft performance analysis of sealant for Cilajet. The analysis examines and compares wind tunnel data of an untreated aircraft and a model representing the aircraft with sealant applied. Fuel consumptions and jet exhaust emmision flight data of different jet transports (Airbus A380, Boeing 737-900, Boeing 747-400 and Cessna Citation Mustang Model 510) are also analyzed. Reduction in fuel consumption, engine emissions and their associated costs are estimated for specific mission profile.
